You send the booking form with your hotel name, room number and preferred time slot. We confirm availability and the exact price by WhatsApp, then arrive ten minutes before the appointment to set up. Our technician announces herself at reception, follows the hotel's internal access protocol and carries everything in a discreet professional case — no trolleys, no noise, no disruption to other guests.

Setup takes five minutes: a folding professional table, a dedicated LED lamp, a disposable table cover and sealed sterilised instruments. We do not need a salon environment, only a chair and a nearby power outlet. Everything is packed away at the end and the room is left exactly as we found it.

If your hotel has a spa policy that restricts external providers, tell us in the form. In most properties we operate without any issue, and where a property requires prior notice we handle that conversation for you.

The full menu travels with us. Classic manicure with long-wear traditional polish, Russian dry manicure for the cleanest possible cuticle line, gel polish for two to three weeks of flawless colour, BIAB to strengthen natural nails while they grow, bespoke nail art, and a complete spa pedicure.

For guests arriving with existing gel or acrylic from home, we offer safe removal using controlled filing and foil-wrapped acetone. We never pry or peel product off — that is what leaves nails thin and sensitive for months afterwards.

Most guests book a combined manicure and pedicure in a single visit. It is the most efficient option: one appointment, one setup, and hands and feet finished in the same tone.

Hotel guests are, understandably, the most demanding clients on hygiene — you are in an unfamiliar city, receiving a service in your own room, and you cannot inspect a salon's back office. So we bring the back office to you, visibly.

Metal instruments are washed, disinfected in hospital-grade solution and autoclave-sterilised between clients, then sealed in individual pouches that we open in front of you. Files, buffers, orange sticks and towels are single-use or discarded after the appointment. Drill bits go through the same autoclave cycle as metal tools.

We also wear masks when working with gel dust, change gloves between clients and cover the working surface with a disposable sheet. If you would like to see how a specific tool was processed, simply ask.

During high season — December, January, Easter and long weekends — we recommend booking two to three days ahead. The rest of the year same-day appointments are usually available.

Ten minutes before the agreed time your technician arrives at the property, checks in at reception and comes up to the room. Setup takes about five minutes: the folding table goes wherever the light and the power outlet are most convenient, a disposable cover protects the surface, and the sealed instrument pouch is opened in front of you.

The appointment itself begins with a short assessment of your nails — condition of the plate, hydration of the cuticles, natural shape of the fingers — and a conversation about length, shape and finish. That two-minute exchange is what makes the result look tailored rather than generic, and it is time a busy salon rarely gives.

At the end we photograph nothing without asking, pack everything away, collect all waste and leave the room exactly as we found it. Payment is settled on the spot and the price is the one confirmed in writing beforehand, with no additions.
